Products ordered on bvshop.com are sold by UAB Target Group. Orders are dispatched from Olandu street 19-1, Vilnius, Lithuania. If a product is dispatched by a named fulfilment partner or from another country, this will be disclosed on the product page or before checkout.
The BVShop team will send products to any corner of the world for You. Delivery costs depend on the selected location where you want the products to be delivered, as well as the shipping method chosen.
Order processing
Orders may be placed at any time. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. The normal handling time before dispatch is 2-3 business days. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery to the Netherlands
Available shipping methods and the exact cost are shown after the customer enters a Netherlands delivery address
and before payment. For a standard small parcel, current methods may include:

Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- Delivery via DHL Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).

If you are away when your shipment is being delivered, the courier can leave it with any family member or person present at the address you provided. Proper care for durability

Moisture can cause an unpleasant, musty smell. Wash the head with non-alkaline shampoos only in lukewarm water. When washing, avoid tangling the hair – wash hair in the direction of growth, from the head to the ends. Rinse with warm, not hot, water and don't forget to use conditioner. Wet comb the hair – start from the ends and work your way upwards in sections. Maintain conditioning procedures to prolong the usefulness of the product.
