Use this thinner only with the compatible pigment system and in the proportions permitted by the current manufacturer directions. The purpose is controlled consistency adjustment, not changing a pigment’s permitted application or making unrelated formulas compatible.

A Carrier Product Rather Than A Colour Pigment

This is a pigment solvent, not a coloured pigment, so it does not have a pigment composition or undertone in the same sense as a brow or lip colour. Its role is to modify the compatible mixture’s working consistency.
