Order processing
Orders may be placed at any time. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. The normal handling time before dispatch is 2-3 business days. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery to the Netherlands
Available shipping methods and the exact cost are shown after the customer enters a Netherlands delivery address
and before payment. For a standard small parcel, current methods may include:

Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- Delivery via DHL Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).
- Delivery via UPS Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using UPS courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).
- Delivery via DHL Global Forward Mail (to any country)
DHL Global Forward Mail allows products to be delivered to all foreign countries. The delivery time depends on the chosen country where you want to receive the products. For shipments to EU countries, the shipping period is from 7 to 14 working days after payment is received. For shipments to other foreign countries, the delivery period is from 7 to 25 working days. If you are away when your shipment is being delivered, the courier can leave it with any family member or person present at the address you provided. If you notice that the package is damaged or shows any defects upon receipt, please check the contents in front of the employee immediately. If the contents of the package are damaged, you must report this damage to the employee, who will confirm the damage to the package contents. The palette includes light, medium, dark, neutral, pink and white tones that can be used individually or mixed together to create customised colour matches. The pigments are made for trained professionals who need precise colour control, smooth workflow and natural-looking finished results.

Suitable for professional PMU artists and cosmetic tattooing specialists working with skin-tone colour matching and customised camouflage techniques. For camouflage procedures, the manufacturer recommends adding 1–3 drops of thinner to achieve the desired working consistency.
