Order processing
Orders may be placed at any time. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. The normal handling time before dispatch is 2-3 business days. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- Delivery via DHL Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).
- Delivery via UPS Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using UPS courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).
- Delivery via DHL Global Forward Mail (to any country)
DHL Global Forward Mail allows products to be delivered to all foreign countries. The delivery time depends on the chosen country where you want to receive the products. For shipments to EU countries, the shipping period is from 7 to 14 working days after payment is received. For shipments to other foreign countries, the delivery period is from 7 to 25 working days. If you are away when your shipment is being delivered, the courier can leave it with any family member or person present at the address you provided. RefectoCil Colours Starter Kit is a professional eyebrow and eyelash tinting set that brings six Classic Colours together with cream developer, tint remover and practical application accessories. It is designed for beauty professionals starting with RefectoCil tinting and for supervised practice in beauty training.
The shade selection spans Pure Black, Graphite and Blue Black through Natural Brown, Light Brown and Chestnut, giving you a useful starting palette for different brow and lash colour preferences. The included brushes and mixing dishes help organise preparation and application, while eye protection papers support the eyelash tinting setup.

How To Use
1. Prepare. Read the instructions for the selected tint and carry out the allergy alert test as directed on the packaging. Clean the brows or lashes and remove makeup and residue before application.
2. Protect. Prepare the application area. For eyelash tinting, position the eye protection papers as instructed and keep the eyes closed throughout application.
3. Mix. Prepare the selected RefectoCil tint with Oxidant 3% Cream in one of the mixing dishes, using the ratio stated in the current product instructions. Mix to a smooth paste and use immediately.
4. Apply. Use a brush to coat the brow or lash hairs evenly, avoiding contact with the eyes. Follow the processing time for the selected shade and the service being performed.
5. Remove. Remove the tint with water and cotton pads as instructed. Use Tint Remover only on skin staining where permitted by its instructions, keeping it away from the eyes.
